Key responsibilities include leading risk mitigation, executive reviews, and technical engagements for AI infrastructure, cloud services, and high-performance computing environments. Required skills include expertise in GPU-based computing, server architectures, networking, storage, Linux, virtualization, containerization, and performance optimization to solve critical deployment barriers within the datacenter GPU landscape.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the executive program lead for strategic hyperscale and cloud customer engagements.
  • Manage end-to-end customer success for complex datacenter GPU deployments from development through production.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders to serve as the primary escalation point.
  • Align internal engineering, product management, and operations teams to meet customer commitments.
  • Lead cross-functional planning, risk mitigation, and deployment readiness activities for large-scale programs.
  • Track key success metrics including deployment velocity, performance optimization, and production readiness.
  • Influence hardware, firmware, and software roadmaps based on customer requirements and feedback.
  • Develop operational playbooks and governance frameworks to accelerate time-to-value for customers.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale datacenter infrastructure programs involving hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and AI infrastructure companies.
  • Deep understanding of GPU-based computing, AI training/inference environments, server architectures, networking, storage, and Linux.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs from proof-of-concept through production deployment and operational scale.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external leadership teams without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product management, operations, and sales organizations.
