Principal Data Center Capacity Planner

What you'll do

• Translate customer requirements into tangible datacenter and product needs in coordination with sales and executive leadership.
• Align supply, delivery, and hardware planning to meet the established infrastructure roadmap.
• Scope large-scale customer requirements for cloud demand and next-generation AI clusters across multiple megawatt scales.
• Design deployable datacenter solutions based on detailed site-level designs and network architecture complexities.
• Match customer demand to available capacity within the internal portfolio or the open colocation market.
• Define priorities for leadership regarding datacenter budgets and procurement timelines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans while maintaining program milestones and completion dates.
• Use operational metrics to create scalable processes and improve overall efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience are required.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks is required.
• Experience with cloud capacity planning is preferred.
• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure for air and liquid cooled datacenters is preferred.
