What you'll do

  • Translate product requirements into robust technical specifications and scalable visual intelligence solutions.
  • Manage and scale a distributed organization of 50 to 100 researchers and engineers across multiple geographies.
  • Own the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle for training, deployment, and performance optimization across edge and cloud environments.
  • Define and track key technical metrics like latency, throughput, and model efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate cutting-edge research and lead critical engineering decisions including build-versus-buy analyses.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 10+ years of technical leadership experience leading computer vision teams and organizations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building/optimizing computer vision models or as a researcher.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including training, deployment, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing and scaling a distributed organization of 50 to 100 people across multiple geographies.
  • Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and translate ambiguous concepts into executable specifications.
  • Proficiency in tracking technical metrics such as latency, throughput, and model efficiency.
  • Experience in public safety, security software, or mission-critical systems is a plus.
