What you'll do

Lead a cross-discipline team responsible for the development of the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS).
Manage the technical, schedule, and cost aspects of the systems development life cycle.
Ensure product quality and strict adherence to contract compliance.
Assist in reporting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) development.
Utilize requirements management and system modeling tools to guide development.
Apply technical standards and methodologies to develop innovative engineering solutions.
Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI for continuous process improvement.
Negotiate and present technical solutions to meet challenging customer requirements.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
Success leading the systems development life cycle with proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools (preferred).
EVMS Experience/Certification, SP23 and GDMS Process Expertise, Testing Development, and SWIS System Knowledge (preferred).
Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in negotiation and meeting challenging customer requirements (preferred).
Ability to provide technical leadership and identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement (preferred).
