What you'll do

Lead a cross-functional team to deliver secure and stable infrastructure for U.S. Coast Guard ships.
Manage the technical, schedule, and cost aspects of the Offshore Patrol Cutter program.
Ensure product quality and contract compliance while reporting status updates to leadership.
Coordinate with program and engineering leadership to define work scope and prioritize tasks.
Remove barriers to team success and monitor progress against established commitments.
Perform technical planning, cost and risk analyses for various subsystems and system elements.
Execute system hardening, patching, and remediation to meet DoD cybersecurity guidelines.
Identify and apply AI-driven opportunities to improve processes and accelerate product development.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 6 years of experience.
Experience with surface ship infrastructure design, Linux/Windows technologies, and virtual enterprise configuration (preferred).
Project management experience including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) fundamentals (preferred).
Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering concepts, technical standards, and model-based systems engineering (preferred).
Experience leading multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) (preferred).
Experience with agile project management using Jira and Power BI (preferred).
