What we're looking for

Over 15 years of semiconductor test engineering experience in a fab, IDM, or OSAT environment.
Extensive knowledge in ATE platform architecture and DFT methodology including scan compression and MBIST.
Leadership experience with advanced ATE platforms like Advantest V93000 and Teradyne UltraFLEX/ETS.
Strong background in mixed-signal, RF, and high-speed I/O test methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or C++ for test automation.
Proven ability to lead multi-site technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience applying ML/AI techniques to yield analysis and adaptive testing.
