What you'll do

Provide cross-functional solution architecture for technology capabilities across Sales Planning & Operations domains.
Coordinate and oversee architectural efforts for systems including Vehicle Operations, Distribution, Fleet, Incentives, and Pricing.
Develop technology solution proposals and evaluate alternatives for business initiatives and roadmap priorities.
Prepare and support Architecture Review Board approvals for new initiatives and system enhancements.
Research emerging technologies, such as AI, to evaluate their applicability for business needs.
Partner with development teams to refine architecture and remove technical roadblocks during the development lifecycle.
Advise leadership on technology strategy, roadmap planning, system simplification, and modernization efforts.
Lead or support proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives for new technology capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years of IS/IT experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently research and learn new technologies.
Expertise in cloud (AWS), application development (Java/J2EE), system integration, or data platforms.
Development background or hands-on engineering experience preferred.
Experience building technology roadmaps or working with Architecture Review Boards.
Authorized to work in the United States and will be.
