What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Alternatively, at least 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
  • Over 10 years of software engineering experience specifically in large-scale systems.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in Java for backend development and familiarity with React/Redux for web front-end applications.
  • Experience building and scaling cloud-native platforms with high availability and performance.
  • Proven ability to lead architectural decisions across teams and mentor senior engineers.
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards is preferred.
