Translate complex business needs into technical strategies and high-availability distributed systems.
Troubleshoot production issues by identifying root causes and formulating actionable resolution plans.
Maintain architectural standards and ensure the stability of multi-billion-dollar digital advertising systems.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in ML and data intensive platform development.
4+ years of experience as a staff+ level technical lead.
Experience implementing statistical and machine learning methods for data classification, regression, ranking, and/or recommendation.
Experience implementing transformer-based model training and real-time inference on GPU backed infrastructure.
Familiar with distributed data processing tools and databases like Spark streaming, Flink, Kafka, RAY, BigQuery, Druid, and Cassandra.
Familiar with GenAI skills and techniques such as MCP, RAG, Re-ranking, and fine-tuning.
Experience working in AdTech measurement with demonstrated knowledge of the AdTech business.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of software engineering experience, or 7 years of software engineering experience.
