What you'll do

Build data-driven platforms and capabilities to power personalization experiences across multiple channels.
Architect modular SaaS platform solutions that support multi-tenancy from the core.
Design intelligent software systems integrating AI agents and advanced machine learning technologies.

Drive end-to-end scalable solutions for cross-functional projects with Science and Engineering leads.
Contribute to the research community through participation in conferences, seminars, and workshops.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering (preferred).
Experience architecting large-scale distributed systems and platforms that support modern applied ML at scale.
Advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, and application building using Java, Scala, and Python.
Experience building and scaling systems using Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and the BigData stack, preferably in Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with designing and building Feature Store solutions, ML Platform, and ML Ops methodologies.
Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases like Cassandra, AzureSQL, and Cosmos.
