What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of software engineering experience, or 7 years of experience without a degree.
Must have 8+ years of experience in ML and data intensive platform development.
Must have 4+ years of experience as a staff-level technical lead.
Must be familiar with distributed data processing tools and databases like Spark streaming, Flink, Kafka, BigQuery, or Cassandra.
Must have experience implementing statistical and machine learning methods for classification, regression, ranking, and recommendation.
Must have experience implementing transformer-based model training and real-time inference on GPU backed infrastructure.
Must have experience working in AdTech measurement with demonstrated knowledge of the AdTech business.
PhD in data mining, machine learning, or statistics is preferred (preferred); publications in top-tier journals is a plus (preferred).
