What we're looking for

Candidates must possess eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field is typically required.
Fifteen or more years of experience designing and developing complex software projects are required.
At least eight years of experience in the FinTech domain is required.
Proven experience leading the design of large-scale payment or cross-border transaction platforms in regulated environments is required.
Deep technical understanding of digital asset or stablecoin-based systems is required.
Experience with Java, RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture, and various messaging frameworks like Kafka is required.
Advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.) and knowledge of specific payment networks or cloud tools are preferred.
