What you'll do

Craft product strategy and descriptions in partnership with product management to align with technology roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership and expertise on software engineering issues, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Create and own technical product designs and system architectures.
Design and engineer application service solutions using cloud, containerization, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Develop and shape a departmental-wide technical vision for the future.
Coach and mentor team members to ensure excellence in output quality.
Work with customers to understand their needs and improve product functionality.
Support risk management by protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

What we're looking for

Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
Fifteen or more years of experience in designing and developing complex software projects.
At least eight or more years of experience in the FinTech domain.
1-2 years of experience implementing application solutions in Cloud using Containerization, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Proven track record designing and building complex end-to-end systems as a full stack developer.
Hands-on experience with Java, RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture, and messaging frameworks like Kafka or Tibco EMS.
M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or another technical field (preferred).
