What you'll do

Design and develop full-stack software applications using cloud-native architectures for mission systems.
Build and integrate microservices, APIs, and data pipelines to transform disparate data into actionable insights.
Develop custom algorithms for decision support, analytics, and automated reasoning.
Create web-based user interfaces to expose backend capabilities to operators and analytic users.
Perform make/buy analyses to evaluate commercial solutions and COTS/GOTS components.
Manage the full software engineering lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and operations of fielded systems.
Lead the development of critical application components while mentoring junior engineers.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
An active Top Secret security clearance is required.
A B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
At least 2 years of programming experience is required for candidates with a B.S. degree.
Demonstrated experience developing software solutions using Python, C, or C++.
Proven experience with the full lifecycle of software engineering including operations and maintenance of fielded systems.
Experience leading development of an important part of an application and mentoring junior engineers.
Experience integrating commercial software products as part of a custom software solution is required.
