What you'll do

Design and develop reusable, high-scale APIs and microservices to power web and mobile platforms.
Architect complex solutions for high-scale data processing using RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
Manage the full development lifecycle from initial concept and rapid prototyping to production deployment.
Implement CI/CD practices including A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles to minimize risk.
Mentor team members on technology design and provide end-to-end solutions for technical issues.
Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver next-generation digital ecosystems and automated testing.
Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies to determine business value and technical feasibility.
Maintain and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and data modeling.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or equivalent degree with a Computer Science background.
8+ years of relevant software development experience.
8+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java Web services and API solutions.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Node, and JavaScript.
Expertise in designing scalable Service-Oriented and Microservices Architectures, including RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS or Azure, including deployment and monitoring.
Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, NPM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and data modeling.
