What we're looking for

10+ years of experience leading technology organizations and delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs.
Proficiency in Python and enterprise-grade SDLC processes.
Proficiency in AWS Infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and hands-on experience with AWS networking, IAM, and compute at scale.
Deep expertise in Databricks architecture, performance tuning, cost management, security patterns, and operational excellence.
Demonstrated experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices and responsible AI governance.
Executive-level stakeholder leadership to influence and align senior leaders across business, product, and technology organizations.
Ability to manage multiple portfolios and competing priorities with execution discipline and transparent decision-making.
Strong understanding of global data governance, privacy, and modern data platform architectures (preferred).
