What we're looking for

10+ years of experience leading technology organizations and delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs.
Proficiency in Python and associated SDLC processes at an enterprise grade.
Proficiency in AWS infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and managing resources like Network boundaries, IAM policies, and Compute at Scale.
Deep expertise in Databricks architecture, performance tuning, cost management, security patterns, and operational excellence.
Experience designing and leading the adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices with focus on safety and auditability.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including risk-based governance and secure handling of sensitive data.
Executive-level stakeholder leadership to influence and align senior leaders across business, product, and technology teams.
Ability to manage multiple portfolios and competing priorities while maintaining execution discipline.
