What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable, elastic distributed systems that support high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads.
Optimize code and data paths for large-scale retrieval, storage, and processing using data plane platforms.
Design fault-tolerant systems featuring redundancy, replication, failover, and automated load-shedding to meet SLOs.
Establish KPIs and build custom dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health and performance.
Create complex validation tests, including fault injection and brownouts, to ensure system correctness and durability.
Proactively diagnose and resolve production issues while mentoring peers on troubleshooting and incident response.
Implement security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to manage cloud infrastructure and deployment cycles.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Experience architecting and developing scalable, elastic distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.
Expertise in designing fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, failover, and load-shedding techniques.
Proficiency in establishing KPIs, telemetry, and building proactive monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Ability to implement robust security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts for cloud infrastructure management.
