What you'll do

- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, auditing, and monitoring capabilities are in place.
- Modernize legacy compensation platforms into scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Apply CI/CD and DevOps best practices to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise systems.
- Strong hands-on data engineering background using Python and SQL.
- Proven expertise with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, EventBridge, RDS, S3.
- Ability to design scalable, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience applying CI/CD and DevOps practices in software development.
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts to business stakeholders.
