What you'll do

Lead end-to-end full-stack engineering for dealer-facing applications across front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and modern CSS practices.
Architect and provision cloud infrastructure using AWS services, Lambda, Step Functions, and Terraform.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and scalable solution components.
Own and coordinate release management activities, including deployment readiness, rollback strategies, and production validation.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and pair programming.
Identify technical risks related to scalability and security and propose practical mitigation strategies.

What we're looking for

7+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript for building REST APIs and microservices.
Proficiency in AWS backend stack including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, and CloudFront.
Experience with Terraform, IAM, Secrets Manager, and Parameter Store for infrastructure provisioning.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS practices.
8+ years of software development experience delivering scalable enterprise applications (preferred).
3+ years in a technical lead or principal engineer role with ownership of architecture and engineering standards (preferred).
