What you'll do

Architect and deliver enterprise-scale business automation solutions using RPA, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
Design intelligent workflows utilizing large language models, agent-based patterns, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities based on ROI and feasibility.
Establish scalable engineering standards for platform security, observability, and CI/CD practices.
Oversee the full development lifecycle from initial proof of concept to production deployment.
Implement responsible AI practices including governance, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across multiple teams to improve software design.

What we're looking for

7+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in large-scale enterprise applications and platforms (preferred).
Proficiency in Python and Java with strong software design and integration fundamentals (preferred).
Experience building AI-enabled solutions including LLM workflows, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows (preferred).
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and microservices architecture (preferred).
Experience with enterprise automation platforms such as Robocorp or UiPath (preferred).
Prior experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
