What you'll do

Design and architect reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure and services to meet functionality requirements.
Establish engineering standards, operational best practices, and technical direction across complex infrastructure environments.
Lead the installation, configuration, deployment, and validation of applications in Windows and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot complex operating system, service, application, patching, and connectivity issues.
Develop and promote automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across infrastructure management.
Direct major incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective-action planning to prevent recurring failures.
Partner with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and STIG compliance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure architecture.
Applicants must have advanced, hands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
Candidates must have advanced hands-on experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or Chef.
Applicants must have experience designing and supporting highly available, resilient, and secure enterprise systems.
Candidates must have experience with cloud-hosted or hybrid infrastructure, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or another major cloud platform.
Applicants must have experience with vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and STIG compliance.
Experience supporting Oracle Health, Millennium, or Cerner applications is preferred (preferred).
