What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve reliability engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to determine system interdependencies and use a breadth of tools to drive automation, process improvement, and reliability.
Experience translating research, analysis, and tests into business recommendations.
Experience operating within high-uptime, auto-recoverable infrastructure environments supporting a follow-the-sun model (preferred).
Experience in or exposure to infrastructure with an understanding of how reliability work delivers direct business benefits (preferred).
Track record of addressing problems at scale with a focus on network design improvements (preferred).
