What you'll do

Manage a team of engineers building systems to find, explain, and quantify security vulnerabilities in native code.
Develop world-class tools that enable security researchers to identify new categories of vulnerabilities.
Devise new methods to systematically detect security vulnerabilities at scale.
Build automated, scalable security testing tools for developers to use during the development process.
Partner with product teams to improve security and communicate the business value of security investments.
Lead a team in building highly reliable systems for vulnerability discovery and remediation.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and 6+ years of experience in security.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in security.
At least 1 year of people management experience.
Experience with native code (C/C++).
Experience building agentic systems and tools.
Strong understanding of OS security fundamentals and solid computer science skills.
7+ years of experience in a software engineering or security-related field (preferred).
1+ years managing security-focused engineering teams (preferred).
