What you'll do

Lead and coach a team of security assurance project managers.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure security requirements are met using automated and scalable solutions.
Translate high-level requirements into actionable product requirements and specific security controls.
Execute and evolve the security assurance process for Windows teams using a risk-based approach.
Lead cross-team initiatives focused on deep security engagements, enforcement, and integrated scanning solutions.
Ensure security is embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle by aligning priorities and milestones.
Manage end-to-end execution of high-impact security efforts from problem definition through implementation.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience.
Equivalent professional experience to the specified degree and experience requirements.
At least 1 year of people management experience.
Experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, threat modeling, cyber security, or anomaly detection.
Demonstrated experience in security research, especially around vulnerability discovery (preferred).
Experience exploiting bugs and bypassing security mitigations in operating systems (preferred).
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows architecture (preferred).
