What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, business, media, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience in subscriptions, monetization, growth, pricing, packaging, membership programs, or marketplace ecosystems.
  • Proven track record driving measurable outcomes such as subscriber growth, conversion, retention, engagement, or revenue expansion.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
