What you'll do

Own compliance with global public trust requirements for Microsoft's public Certificate Authorities.
Define and execute the long-term PKI compliance strategy for browser root programs and audit frameworks.
Lead external incident response and reporting for compliance incidents involving public CAs.
Coordinate engagement with root programs, auditors, and industry stakeholders during incidents.
Serve as the primary technical representative to the CA/Browser Forum and related groups.
Drive standards advancement to improve global Internet trust.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
8+ years of experience contributing to consensus-driven technical industry standards bodies (preferred).
Experience operating or overseeing a publicly trusted CA (preferred).
Experience engaging with browser root programs such as Chrome, Mozilla, Apple, or Microsoft (preferred).
Working knowledge of the CA/Browser Forum governance model (preferred).
Background in applied cryptography, security engineering, identity infrastructure, or internet-scale security operations (preferred).
Experience navigating or leading response to publicly disclosed compliance or operational incidents (preferred).
