What you'll do

  • Define the product vision, investment strategy, and roadmap for AI-native engineering workflows and agent capabilities.
  • Identify high-value opportunities where AI agents can improve the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Translate developer pain points and behavioral signals into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Measure and improve developer productivity, ship velocity, and overall experience using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Incubate and evaluate emerging AI models and tools to determine their suitability for production environments.
  • Lead 0-to-1 experimentation to move from initial hypotheses to validated, high-impact capabilities.
  • Shape platform investments including infrastructure, deployment tooling, and shared foundations for engineering teams.
  • Partner with engineering leaders on architecture, risk management, and technical investment trade-offs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product, service, project or program management, software development, or engineering (or equivalent).
  • Master's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 14+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Proven success defining product strategy and leading complex technical products from ambiguity through production adoption.
  • Deep hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools, models, coding agents, and engineering platforms in production environments (preferred).
  • Experience improving engineering execution, processes, systems, or developer workflows at organizational scale (preferred).
  • Strong technical intuition regarding architecture, cloud platforms, reliability, security, and CI/CD (preferred).
  • Experience building products for developers, internal developer platforms, or AI-enabled workflows in complex environments (preferred).
