What you'll do

  • Define the vision and strategy for new content intelligence products based on customer needs and technology shifts.
  • Build enterprise content intelligence features including personalized briefings, watchlists, and actionable insights.

  • Lead rapid customer discovery and prototyping to identify product-market fit and determine which ideas to scale.
  • Integrate new products into Edge, Windows, MSN, and Copilot by partnering with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
  • Establish success criteria and use evidence to decide when to advance, refine, or stop specific initiatives.
  • Mentor other product managers and influence senior leadership on zero-to-one product thinking.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in product, service, or program management or software development (or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of taking ambiguous, zero-to-one product ideas from customer discovery through launch and measurable adoption.
  • Experience defining and shipping AI, machine learning, search, recommendation, knowledge, or data-intensive product experiences.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience building enterprise intelligence, knowledge, content, or productivity products that serve multiple applications or customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new product opportunities, make evidence-based decisions, and transition products from exploration to scaled execution.
  • A builder's portfolio with concrete examples of new products or categories created using emerging technology.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years experience in product, service, or program management or software development (preferred).
