What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of product management experience in field service management, workforce management, or mid-market SaaS for trades.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Firsthand knowledge of field service operations and trades finance including labor rates, technician utilization, and deferred revenue.
  • Full job lifecycle command across residential and commercial models including quoting, dispatch, job costing, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to ship LLM or agent-powered products in production with specific experience in writing agentic specs.
  • Experience architecting bi-directional integrations as a strategic data foundation and evaluating build, buy, and partner tradeoffs.
  • Track record of building technician-facing mobile products for accurate field data capture.
  • Proven ability to influence across engineering, design, sales, and finance teams to make high-pressure sequencing decisions.
