AI Native Product Manager

What you'll do

• Identify core customer problems by analyzing industry workflows and distinguishing market demand from one-off requests.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while making trade-offs between technical feasibility and commercial potential.
• Design agentic systems that integrate AI capabilities into the core product rather than as a superficial feature.
• Lead zero-to-one development by moving quickly from initial discovery to prototype validation and market launch.
• Establish high standards for product quality, including AI output reliability, user trust, and seamless experience.
• Validate demand and commercial value through experiments with design partners and early customers.
• Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, data analysis, documentation, and daily decision-making processes.
• Own post-launch outcomes by tracking adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
• Must have an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Requires at least 8 years of experience in product management for enterprise software, digital platforms, or technology-enabled solutions.
• Requires at least 8 years of experience leading products or new initiatives from concept through launch and optimization.
• Requires at least 2 years of hands-on experience building, launching, or managing AI-native products.
• Requires at least 2 years of experience delivering products using LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, or generative AI technologies.
• Requires at least 2 years of experience evaluating and managing AI product performance, including reliability, cost, and risk mitigation.
• Requires at least 8 years of experience in customer discovery, user research, and translating complex processes into scalable solutions.
