Principal Product Manager: AI Platform & Ecosystem, International Markets

What you'll do

• Design and own the roadmap for a centralized AI-powered compliance platform to automate tax and e-invoicing across 100+ markets.
• Architect a policy-as-code model to convert government regulatory requirements into structured data for AI ingestion and validation.
• Manage the AI+HI pipeline to determine how official data is processed by AI with specific human expert review checkpoints.
• Define the infrastructure roadmap for e-invoicing and tax automation across both established and expansion markets.
• Drive technical architecture decisions at the intersection of legal and engineering requirements to ensure scalable global compliance.
• Build a developer-facing API platform including SDKs, authentication models, and extensibility frameworks for third-party partners.
• Establish trust and safety models including data permissions, OAuth scoping, and partner audit standards for the ecosystem.
• Create discovery surfaces that allow customers to find and activate regional partner solutions through AI-driven interfaces.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading global or international platform expansion and building core services for non-native markets.
• Experience defining and shipping developer API platforms or marketplaces for third-party integrations.
• Experience building products for SMB and mid-market customers within a multi-product ecosystem.
• Proven track record of harmonizing product strategies across diverse offerings like finance, marketing, and payments.
• Expertise in designing global platform architecture that abstracts regional regulatory requirements into scalable components.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios of platform components and 0-1 products designed for international scale.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a large matrix organization to drive impact.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the portfolio, company, and executive leadership levels.
