As a Principal Presales Product Specialist on the Trust, Identity & Compliance team, you will serve as a regional technical authority to architect and validate complex, multi-product solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategies including workshops and proofs of concept to mitigate architectural risks. Your daily work involves building executive-ready presentations that communicate trade-offs and long-term platform visions while bridging the gap between go-to-market teams and research and development to influence product roadmaps. The role requires expertise in trust-related domains such as identity verification, authentication, security, fraud prevention, and compliance. You will utilize core competencies in technical storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and complex solution architecture to solve problems involving secure, scalable communication infrastructures while navigating requirements like encryption, audit logging, and data residency within a platform and API environment.
Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions that integrate into complex customer ecosystems.
Lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategies including workshops, demos, and POCs.
Create executive-ready presentations to communicate architectural tradeoffs, implementation paths, and long-term platform visions.
Document customer patterns and competitive signals to provide actionable feedback for product development.
Influence the product roadmap by collaborating with R&D and GTM teams through formal interlock processes.
Act as a technical authority and thought leader on trust, identity, security, fraud, and compliance trends.
Develop repeatable architecture patterns and playbooks to scale capabilities across different regions and teams.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated ability to lead and win complex, multi-stakeholder solutions cycles from discovery through proposal support.
7+ years of progressive presales experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or specialist overlay including complex solution architecture.
4+ years of depth in at least one trust-related domain such as identity verification, authentication, security, fraud/abuse, or compliance.
Strong executive communication skills to influence C-level and senior technical audiences with crisp architecture narratives.
Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate customer requirements to influence product strategy.
Experience operating as a regional technical authority including standard-setting, coaching, and asset creation (preferred).
Track record of building repeatable architectures and plays that scale across teams (preferred).
Familiarity with adjacent trust capabilities like encryption, audit logging, and data residency (preferred).
