What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex technical products or 6+ years of professional experience supporting technical products with customer facing experience.
Must be an excellent communicator and storyteller capable of gaining audience confidence and explaining complex topics to various audiences.
Ability to understand a customer's communication needs and guide them toward a technical solution.
Must have previous software development experience or working knowledge in one or more specified technical areas.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud application architecture (preferred).
Previous experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security (preferred).
