What you'll do

Define product requirements and roadmap planning for NTN Handset OEMs globally.
Align User-Equipment features with 5G Handset vendors to ensure interoperability with satellite infrastructure.
Manage the NTN Handset product roadmap, compliance, and technical acceptance execution plans.
Collaborate with engineering teams to build and test 3GPP-compliant protocol layers for satellite connectivity.
Monitor 3GPP releases and industry trends to guide long-term product strategy.
Author and present technical documents, including PRDs and business cases, to senior leadership.
Translate customer experiences and user stories into detailed technical requirements.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is required.
10+ years of experience solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry.
7+ years of experience in wireless communications systems and implementation.
5+ years of experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
Mastery of 3GPP control and user plane protocols and 4G/5G Handset lifecycle management.
Experience owning roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and translating customer stories into technical requirements.
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.
