What you'll do

Design and implement backend services and APIs for AI-native applications and enterprise workflow automation.
Build integrations across agent runtimes, MCP servers, tool gateways, identity systems, and Oracle service APIs.
Develop secure patterns for tool execution, policy checks, human approval flows, and audit traces.
Convert complex business workflows into production-ready agentic solutions for various internal and external product teams.
Modernize existing AI services using Agent One, MCP enablement, and shared platform capabilities.
Improve the reliability, scalability, observability, and operational readiness of AI solutions in OCI environments.
Define service contracts, schemas, SDK/API patterns, and engineering standards in collaboration with architects.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in backend engineering with distributed systems, cloud services, APIs, and production operations is required.
Experience designing secure service integrations involving identity, authorization, auditability, and policy enforcement is required.
Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, MCP, vector stores, or agent orchestration patterns is preferred.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or TypeScript is highly relevant.
Experience with OCI, Kubernetes/containers, and service telemetry is highly relevant.
Ability to translate ambiguous product goals into concrete technical designs and implementation plans is required.
