What you'll do

Design and maintain cloud-native software services and distributed systems for large-scale healthcare analytics.
Build scalable data processing platforms and ETL pipelines to handle massive datasets.
Develop AI-powered tools and agent-based systems to automate incident investigation and operational workflows.
Create reusable APIs, libraries, and developer tooling to improve platform reliability and productivity.
Implement observability solutions and automated self-healing capabilities using Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
Build infrastructure automation frameworks and deployment tooling using Terraform and Kubernetes.
Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers on software quality and engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance after hire.
10+ years of software engineering experience building large-scale distributed systems.
Strong software development experience in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native microservices.
Experience building software solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM technologies.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms.
Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments (OCI preferred).
