What you'll do

Design and implement highly scalable services to handle high request volumes and large artifact datasets.
Develop and execute strategies to migrate petabytes of historical artifacts from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity.
Integrate the artifact management platform with OCI’s CI/CD workflows and deployment systems.
Lead design discussions, drive technical decisions, and provide high-quality code and design reviews.
Define monitoring, alerting, disaster recovery, and reliability practices for production rollouts.
Track adoption and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in scalability and customer experience.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
3 to 5+ years of experience is required.
Proven experience designing and building scalable distributed systems is required.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure is required, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (preferred).
Experience with CI/CD systems, artifact repositories, or developer productivity platforms is required.
Experience with large-scale data migration, data consistency, and production rollout strategies is required.
Strong technical leadership skills including architecture ownership, cross-team collaboration, and mentoring engineers is required.
