What you'll do

  • Design and implement scalable service components to handle high request volumes and large artifact datasets.
  • Develop tools and strategies to migrate historical artifacts from legacy systems while maintaining data integrity.
  • Build and support integrations between the artifact management platform and OCI’s CI/CD workflows.
  • Make technical decisions on architecture, implementation, and design for core platform components.
  • Perform high-quality code and design reviews while mentoring less experienced engineers.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, disaster recovery, and reliability practices to ensure operational excellence.
  • Analyze usage patterns and performance metrics to drive improvements in scalability and customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience building scalable distributed systems.
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience is a plus).
  • Experience with CI/CD systems, artifact repositories, build systems, or developer productivity platforms.
  • Experience with data migration, data consistency, and production rollout strategies.
  • Strong ownership, technical judgment, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
