What you'll do

Develop cloud-native services for robot registration, identity management, mission orchestration, and fleet telemetry.
Build scalable backend microservices using distributed systems architecture.
Design secure APIs, service contracts, SDKs, and edge interfaces for multi-vendor robot integration.
Create AI-assisted, spec-driven capabilities to automate the generation of service contracts and adapter implementations.
Develop reusable edge service frameworks to simplify robot onboarding while maintaining consistent cloud interfaces.
Improve the reliability, security, and performance of distributed cloud services in a production environment.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews for robotics infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
7+ years of software development experience building backend services or cloud platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
Experience developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable production software.
Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
