As a Principal Perception Architect, you will join the team to define the end-to-end perception architecture for autonomous construction sites. You will own the perception roadmap and make critical architectural decisions regarding sensor processing, object detection, semantic understanding, fusion, tracking, 3D mapping, and safety. The role involves ensuring perception outputs are usable by downstream teams, deployable on edge platforms, and replayable in simulation while maintaining technical risk assessments and interface standards. You will work with multi-sensor integration including camera, lidar, radar, stereo, ultrasonic, GNSS, and localization inputs. Required skills include proficiency in C++ and Python, experience with the NVIDIA ecosystem, and expertise in physical AI, robotics, and machine platform interfaces. This role solves complex challenges in construction autonomy by building intelligent systems that allow machines to perceive their environment and make informed decisions.
