What you'll do

  • Own and scale strategic ISV GTM partnerships by leading joint initiatives with the Product team.
  • Develop and execute global GTM plans in collaboration with Channels & Alliances teams worldwide.
  • Drive revenue growth through Power of 3 campaigns with reseller/SI partners.
  • Create new routes to market, including joint product listings on Cloud Marketplaces.
  • Train and support global sales teams on partnership benefits and co-sell motions.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales.
  • Proven track record driving sales and revenue growth through partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies and ISV ecosystems, including AI and security.
  • Ability to align with product teams on co-build and innovation initiatives.
  • Experience creating global GTM plans and enabling field and partner teams.
  • Skilled in developing joint business strategies and executing Power of 3 campaigns.
