  • Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Enable existing partners through training, planning, and joint selling activities.

  • Host regular business reviews with partners to track success metrics.
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue.

What we're looking for

  • Over 7 years of experience in partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales.
  • Proven track record in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical concepts verbally and in writing.
  • Experience managing premier Cloud Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for business development activities.
