As an Associate Partner in the Tech Industry Data & AI team at a leading consultancy firm based in San Francisco, you will lead engagements for semiconductor clients, driving growth and execution of large-scale data and AI projects. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex Data & AI initiatives, including solution architecture, technical leadership, and cross-functional team management. Key responsibilities include architecting modern data ecosystems, implementing SiView MES solutions, establishing robust governance frameworks, and mentoring high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership with deep expertise in advanced analytics, AI/GenAI/Agentic AI, cloud-native platforms, and large-scale data engineering. Strong familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is essential, along with proven success delivering data and analytics solutions within the manufacturing industry.

What you'll do

Design and implement large-scale data engineering pipelines.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI/GenAI/Agentic AI, and enterprise technology leadership.
Deep expertise in modern Data & AI platforms, including advanced analytics and data product architectures.
Hands-on knowledge of large-scale data engineering and real-time streaming architectures.
Strong semiconductor industry experience with understanding of data and AI use cases across wafer fabrication and manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to combine technical depth with client-facing leadership for strategic enterprise clients.
