Design and document complex network architectures including costed solution approaches, requirement traceability matrices, and decision logs.
Identify and mitigate business and technical risks by developing contingency plans and communicating them to stakeholders.
Lead the implementation of proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Gather and ratify requirements from diverse stakeholders to ensure solutions meet specific customer needs and constraints.
Develop new intellectual property and improve existing assets to drive scalability across multiple customers.
Act as a trusted advisor by using evidence-based arguments to challenge suboptimal decisions and influence technical direction.
Mentor junior colleagues and represent the company at external events to share expertise on Microsoft technologies.
Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to product engineering teams to improve internal offerings.
What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree and 6+ years experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting, or a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of equivalent experience.
Must possess an active U.S. Government TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance.
Must be able to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Requires at least 2 years of experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
Requires at least 1 year of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred: 6+ years of technical sales experience.
Preferred: 6+ years of project management experience.
Preferred: 3+ years of people management experience and a professional certification in a domain such as Security.
