What you'll do

Design, deploy, and manage large-scale RDMA/RoCE network fabrics for AI, GPU, and HPC workloads.
Translate complex network architectures into scalable designs and deployment plans for global cloud environments.
Develop automation frameworks, scripts, and infrastructure pipelines to improve network reliability and operational efficiency.
Create telemetry, monitoring dashboards, and alerting systems to identify performance issues and congestion.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for critical network issues impacting production workloads.
Analyze network performance metrics like latency and throughput to drive capacity improvements.
Conduct pre-production validation and lead network change reviews to ensure deployment readiness.
Mentor engineers and establish technical standards for network architecture and operational tooling.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
The role requires 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting large-scale RDMA/RoCE, cloud, data center, or high-performance networks (preferred).
Knowledge of RDMA, RoCE, Ethernet fabrics, congestion control, QoS, and AI/GPU networking (preferred).
Expertise in routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN, and data center networking (preferred).
Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, APIs, or similar technologies (preferred).
Experience with network telemetry, observability, monitoring, performance analysis, and incident management (preferred).
Experience supporting hyperscale cloud, AI/GPU, HPC, or large-scale distributed infrastructure (preferred).
