What you'll do

Design and develop large-scale leaf-spine data center networks using BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and high-bandwidth fabrics for AI/HPC clusters.
Automate high-impact network tasks and routine operations using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Build advanced modules within automation frameworks to support testing, service reliability, and proactive monitoring systems.
Develop and maintain telemetry tools, dashboards, and alerting systems to detect network anomalies and ensure health.
Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis (RCA) documentation and the creation of resolution playbooks.
Design advanced test strategies and reusable test cases to validate complex network features in lab and production environments.
Forecast infrastructure needs and analyze performance metrics like latency and throughput to drive scalable improvements.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on network architecture, risk mitigation, and design decisions.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
Experience designing large-scale leaf-spine and multi-fabric data center networks (CLOS architecture).
Expertise with Ethernet switching, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, IP addressing, routing scale, ECMP, QoS, and network segmentation.
Proficiency with Arista EOS, Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, NVIDIA Spectrum/Cumulus, or comparable platforms.
Experience designing or operating AI/HPC/GPU cluster networking including RDMA/RoCE and lossless Ethernet.
Experience with network telemetry and observability tools such as gNMI, streaming telemetry, SNMP, and syslog.
Experience in firmware lifecycle management, configuration standardization, and vulnerability remediation.
Strong incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical communication skills.
