As a Principal IT Product Manager - Data Analytics, you will join the Information Technology team to support growing customer success organizations by defining necessary capabilities and translating them into technical specifications or user stories for software developers. The role requires expertise in the Data/Analytics domain, AI/ML, and Large Language Models. You will solve complex business challenges by creating executive dashboards and products that provide clear value to leadership within a high-tech cybersecurity environment focused on protecting digital infrastructure.

What you'll do

Define capabilities needed to support customer success organizations by collaborating with business and IT leaders.
Translate defined business requirements into technical specifications or user stories for software developers.
Drive leadership analytics for the Customer Experience portfolio using Generative AI and Predictive Modeling.
Identify churn and upsell opportunities by analyzing unstructured customer data through AI tools.
Automate processes and categorize tickets using LLMs to optimize costs and reduce turnaround times.
Develop simple, elegant, and impactful executive dashboards to communicate value and progress.
Solve complex technical challenges by applying first principles thinking to derive novel solutions.

What we're looking for

Must have 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s, 8 years with a Master’s, or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
Must have at least 8 years of experience in the Data/Analytics domain.
Must have experience in product management including managing the delivery of data, analytics, or AI products from start to finish.
Must have prior experience working in Sales or Post-sales systems or analytics teams.
Must have a strong background in AI/ML and be well-versed in LLMs.
Must possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence through data.
Must demonstrate an ability to build simple, elegant, and impactful executive dashboards or products.
Bachelor’s degree.
