What you'll do

Develop and prioritize the Product Telemetry and Analytics roadmap to balance immediate wins with long-term goals.
Translate business needs and stakeholder requests into actionable technical epics and product requirement documents.
Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership and engineering to execute data strategy.
Drive the transition from static reporting to AI-driven interactions and automated workflows for internal teams.
Build and iterate on functional prototypes using AI-native tools to validate concepts and user experience.
Manage the centralized data catalog for product consumption metrics and ensure high data quality standards.
Develop agentic MVPs using coding tools like Cursor to accelerate the deployment of AI-enabled solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years, Master’s degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of data and analytics products at an enterprise level.
Expert ability to deconstruct complex challenges, execute data-driven analysis, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Demonstrated proficiency in analytics across the Customer Journey, including Product Adoption, Time to Deploy, and Time to Value metrics.
Extensive hands-on experience working with SQL and data visualization tools.
Experience managing Customer Entitlements across the installed base of products and multi-faceted packaging (preferred).
Hands-on experience developing functional prototypes and MVPs using AI coding tools such as Cursor (preferred).
Solid understanding of Large Language Model capabilities, including context windows, RAG, and memory; knowledge of Python (preferred).
