What you'll do

Define and prioritize the GTM analytics roadmap by balancing immediate wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
Translate complex business needs into actionable technical epics and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Lead the "AI-First" transformation of sales and marketing intelligence by developing agentic data products.
Manage the centralized data catalog to ensure high quality and freshness for all critical GTM metrics.
Build and iterate on functional prototypes using AI-native tools like Cursor to validate user experience.
Drive the adoption of AI-driven workflows and natural language querying across the internal GTM community.
Act as the primary liaison between business leadership and engineering teams to manage delivery commitments.
Partner with Data Stewards to oversee data quality remediation and infrastructure improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience, Master’s with 12+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of data and analytics products at an enterprise level.
Expert ability to deconstruct complex challenges, formulate hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in analytics across the Customer Journey, including lead conversion, sales forecasting, pipeline coverage, and post-sales tracking.
Hands-on experience developing functional prototypes and MVPs using AI coding tools such as Cursor.
Extensive hands-on experience working with SQL and data visualization tools.
Solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, including context windows, RAG, and memory.
Knowledge of Python (preferred).

Save
